HuDost’s new single, ‘Come Home’, is the honey and brandy of Americana with a backbone of nostalgic soul. Home is that place from which we depart and return to continuously in our lives and in ourselves; it is a greater metaphor for truly being. HuDost’s new single comes from having been written during the isolation of covid and discovering a deeper understanding of what it means to be home. 2020 and 2021 have been a time of conflict and resolution, pain and discovery, challenge and grace, fear and courage for almost everyone. It has been a time of loss and awakening. HuDost’s new single gives loving voice to this journey and what it truly means to be in love and partnership in a way that will remain timeless and will prove the resilience that we all share. ‘Come Home’ was co-produced by Matthew Odmark from Jars of Clay and recorded in their studio in Nashville TN. It also features special guests Christie Lenee, Matt Nelson, and Charlie Lowell (from Jars of Clay).
